He is able to build these to Indiana Housing Code however more and more people looking into this are being asked for engineer stamp approved drawings. We would like to get a plan engineer approved, so are looking into the process. Our buildings being sold for livable quarters are typically 800-1200sqft but we have options as small as 500sqft. Is it possible to have a plan approved that is a range of buildings? Like 12'x24' up to 16'x40'? If not, we still are interested in what the cost would be for a couple of our most common.
