I am currently working on a second storey addition to an existing dwelling and require full structural engineering to Australian standards including plans, computations and certification. We had engineering for the project but the client has decided to change the cladding on the second storey from cement sheet as per the original structural plans to brick/timber framing. I have attached a copy of the current architectural plans as well as the original structural plans for reference

I am looking for an engineer to design retaining wall sections for a project in Atascadero California. Engineer must be licensed in California. TW and EG called out on the civil plans. Typically need walls in 2' increments usually starting at 3', 5', 7' or 4',6',8'. Assumed to be asphalt driveway between the retaining walls on either side. Active pressures with increases for back sloping is in the soils report. Needs to be loaded for a fire truck, typically 250 from what I've seen.

(A new existing 7' hood currently installed). Split unit A/C drawings Drawings and filing both projects with appropriate agencies in NYC.
