hello, we are planning to purchase a glass lined shell tube heat exchanger as the file attached. The process consists to evaporate a solution of potassium alum. The solution is handling in a mixing tank quantity 5100 liters, we want to concentrate evaporating 1500 liters, the final product will be a solution of 3600 liters. currently we evaporate by boiling the solution in the mixing jacketed tank. After evaporation the solution is still non viscous, it is still like water.
