Use the solidworks API to automatically generate DXFs of preselected bodies in a part file. DXF names should include the name of the body. A solidworks drawing file as an intermediary is preferred. Pocket depth in different layers can be a stretch goal. The application is CNC data for cabinetry and panel cutting for theatrical scenery. I myself have some programming background, but no experience with the solidworks api.

We have a 3D model of an exercise bike in EPRT format. The drawing was originally created in Solidworks as far as I know. We would now need the file converted to Wavefront OBJ file format. We want to design smart enclosure for existing PCB.. Preferred CAD is Solidworks2017 or old version. Deliverable will be SW design files, STL, STEP files and some high quality rendering images. A good looking, preferably water- and shockproof enclosure for the designed PCB. Needs to fit the exact dimensions of the PCB, including the LED and power button. On the enclosure we'll put a label or other hard plastic that will let the light of the LEDs through. The front can be a bit curved, the back should be flat, with a rectangular extrusion for a sticker.
