remote position/indian customer service agent /BPO

I am looking for a remote customer service representative from India to assist with phone support for a health care service. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product or service issues, billing inquiries, and general information requests. This is a long-term position, requiring more than 20 hours per week from 1PM IST to 9PM IST The main responsibilities of the role include: - Providing phone support to customers - Assisting with inquiries related to health care services - Handling product or service issues - Addressing billing inquiries - Responding to general information requests This is completely remote position. You need to have your own laptops with atleast 4gb ram and windows 10 OS with headset and a quiet space. You need to have a high speed internet connection.
