When a user searches/filters for a state there is a counter which says hows many local, statewide or NA programs there are. When scrolling to the bottom of the list, this number changes. I am needing a component just like Netflix Carrousel. So I can show last 10 posts for example (just the Image) and when hover with the mouse it goes a bit bigger and shows Some extra info. It needs to be aesthetically pleasing, Especially when scrolling through the carrousel (1 at a time).
