Hello all I have a PDF document which was a scanned book that needs the pages reordering, OCR scanned to text and set to a Word or InDesign document ready for reprinting and publishing. The document is around 120 pages and jumbled up numbering. I know that software like Abbyy will reorder pages for you, and then these need the text and formatting transferred over. I have large pdf files that include specific stamps and handwriting that I want to search for. I want someone to tell me the best way to do this. This can be a software that already does this or they can teach me how to do it using the software I already have (I have Abby Finereader pro, Aquaforrest Autobahn and Adobe Acrobat DC). I know there are ways to teach an OCR engine how to search for a specific image, but i don't know how to do it (Tesseract?) The stamps are sometimes sideways or upside down. They look slightly different because of the quality of the pdf so the search just needs to be somewhat accurate, does not need to be perfect. I've attached two samples.

100+ pages in a PDF document. Need them OCR:ed and rotated uniformly. Some pages are 90 degrees, others 180 degrees and so on. With Abbyy Finereader or Omnipage, this would take 30 minutes or less.
