Hello, I am looking into options to get a sketch/ drawing of a building that one of our cafés is located in. Our shop is based in the corner unit of a white building and we are seeking permission to paint the shopfront black and put an awning on it. The Landlord has requested a mock-up of what the building will look like if we make these changes to the shopfront. Essentially, we will need two sketches/ drawings – 1) the entire building with our shopfront painted black; and 2) a close-up of our shop (front and side) with a black shopfront and awning. I would like some help with house colour choose. We prefer to have it monochromatic, darker colour with only 1 or 2 colours max including trim. We will pain the windows, gutters everything, including the brick at the front of house. In the rear we have black railings and black patio awning/cover. So we think black will make a good trim colour.
