544481 real estate web design / re-launch

I need a re-launch of a spanish real estate website. The URL I will post only on message board. I found some good ideas on some other templates and would like to combine the exiting web page with some new ideas. If you want to get this job, you need to be a pro in photoshop and you need to have a great design brain to shout out some new cool ideas! As end result I expect 4 pages in layer based PSD. - homepage - search results page (page of short property listings) - property details page - content page such as contact page Plus eventually some more little things, like popups, banner and whatever we may think of during the design process. To give you an idea about my expectations, please see the attached 2 screen shots which I really like in terms of colors and presentation. But I don't want to copy them, I just want to take out some ideas. If you think you can work this way, please contact me via message board. And for all the guys who post endless and useless portfolio links - I will not take even a look! I hate these spam postings! I will only respond on individual written postings.
