I am in need of a reliable and professional virtual assistant who specializes in sales tasks - particularly cold calling and sales follow-ups. This will be targeted at the real estate industry, so any previous experience and understanding of this field are ideal, and extremely beneficial. Key responsibilities and tasks include: - Cold calling potential clients within the real estate industry - Following up on sales leads and inquiries - Handling and maintaining client relationships - Assisting in the overall sales strategy A team lead manager will help manage our leads and relationships. • A team lead manager who works with agents on a team to transfer live calls and manage appointments. • A team lead manager who is paid their pay and commissions directly from Ron Sharma @RE/MAX Gold. • A team lead manager who works with an enterprise level CRM and review notes and research our leads to make both cold and warm calls. An ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales (specifically cold-calling and sales follow-up), excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Real estate industry knowledge is greatly favored, but not essential. This role is demanding and requires a dedicated and hardworking individual with a go-getter attitude.
