I also have customer service experience with Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers, managed quality communication, customer support and product representation for each client. I ensured customer satisfaction via follow up appointments, calls and communication performed administrative tasks such as filing and scheduling appointments.
My main specialties are handling day to day customer contact via phones, faxes, and emails. Purchase order entry and follow ups, maintaining and updating all customer files. I have also worked as liaison between the customer, the sales team, and the production plant.
