Business case - sales customer experience

The service level is deteriorating in some of big stores that serve business and AWT is exceeding 1:30 which impacting the overall SL/AWT. The customer experience is negatively impacted which is impacting the sales as well. You have short of staff and some major stores are also being impacted by Covid cases. you have been receiving issues and escalation from both retail head of zones and from the marketing business teams as both parties think that changes are being done without proper alignment which creates more issues and make things even worse. The business tam is also requesting you to consider serving business customers in mall of emirates stores and they are waiting for your feedback. You also received a notice of violation from the regulator that some of the team working in the business stores are not fully adhere to the regulator rules. Upon checking the cases with the concerned store managers, they said this is mainly due to the high workload so people unintentionally might miss to follow some of the guidelines. Assuming that there are 5 stores serving business, below table shows the data for month of June 2022 In light of the above, You are requested to evaluate the situation, identify and prioritize the issues and put an action plan that should be done according to the prioritization of the identified issues.
