Leadership Hiring in Japan

Position: Freelance Recruitment Coordinator - Japan Region Location: Remote (Japan-based) Job Type: Freelance/Contract Responsibilities: As a Freelance Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts for leadership roles in Japan. Outreach and Networking: Initiate contact with relevant professionals through various channels, including social media, LinkedIn and any other relevant channels. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to facilitate a smooth hiring process. Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with our team to define candidate profiles and requirements. Source and screen potential candidates based on established criteria. Document profiles and provide status reports. Clearly articulate position specifications and role value proposition to candidates. Capture candidate queries and concerns and resolve with support from our team. Arranging Discussions: Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and discussions between candidates and our hiring team. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process. Support in Hiring Process: Assist in the overall hiring process, providing administrative support as needed. Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and facilitate decision-making. Requirements: Location: The freelancer must be based in Japan to ensure a deep understanding of the local market and cultural nuances. Experience: Proven experience in leadership recruitment or senior role in technology consulting with some recruitment experience is essential. Familiarity with the technology consulting is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting. Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in achieving recruitment goals.
