Hi, we're online electronics accessory retailer, due to the business expanding, we need to find online help desk person to handle the pre-sale and aftersale enquiries from the customers. Tasks to fulfill: replying customer through different ticket platform, such as Zendesk, eBay or Amazon. Response & Answer the customers' enquiry in time. For urgent enquiries, please notify the team in time. Doing online listing product task when required. Please note, this role will be a long-term role, working hour will be around 2-3 hours/per day. $8/per hour will be paid. The applicants needs to be: 1. Good English Writing & reading skills. 2. Be patient to customers. 3. Pay attention to the details.

Brother, I have no problem with ''communication" because we already work on similar requirement in past. We have right skills to work on this assignment. Personally I don't believe in so called 'customer support' just believe in 'communication. Previously I was connected with all the customer through Zendesk and Gorgias software. On the other hand I managed Shopify inbox, Fb messenger and Instagram chat. I look forward to working on this project with you.
