Convert a small 15 line ORACLE SQL Script to SqlServer SQL and edit a batch file to kick it off

Very easy task. Enclosed is a zipfile with 2 files. One is a SQL file and the other is a batch file. These were created for Oracle SQL. The project is to convert these 2 files for SqlServer. The SQL should be easy enough (I know there are translation tools online). It's only 15 lines. The .bat file is similarly small, but I enter the database name, username and password. In Oracle, the machine name is grabbed from the tnsnames file for the database name, so I'm not sure what the same would be for SqlServer. Please update both. Do not bid before looking at the enclosed files. Real small.
