Develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies. Daily interaction and prospecting with possible workforce. Daily interaction with contractors and clients. Develop a network of referrals. Source, screen, and facilitate candidates and resumes through a successful interviewing process. Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates. Talks to experts regarding the positions. Collaborates with Recruiting Manager to select appropriate recruiting methods. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement for staffing goals. Manage the quality of candidate communication and negotiate salary offers. Other administrative tasks as needed.
