Virtual assistant / personal assistant to help a film publicist. Company is based in US, but employer is in Australia most of the time (hence the need for someone to take calls and emails, and help with admin tasks). Looking for someone cheerful, friendly, reliable and ideally someone who is available to take calls/emails — as a representative from the company. I’m open to any and all ideas on all that on how it might work best! We work in the film PR industry so if this works, we may even utilise you in other areas! (Journalist pitching, working with clients etc).
