Enhance current web portal

Need to enhance existing portal with the following modifications. Dashboard Dashboard to show # of quotes: wins/loss, origins, destinations, by company/partner/sales rep/Customer service team Email Notification to Partner Ability to assign each rate request to multiple partners and have partners enter rates directly into portal. Custom Notes Ability to add custom notes to rate requests at the bottom of the rate request form Admin Page Page to configure user id / passwords for users: Sales, Pricing Team, Partners, Customers, each will have different levels of access to portal Sort Requests System will automatically sort requests using rating system based on # of quotes accepted, mode, date. Quote Updates Give those who created the quote the ability to update the accept / reject by signing into the portal Auto Alert Requested Party 7 days prior to rate quote expiration send email notification to requested party, 48 hours prior to quote expiration send email notification to requested party, on day of expiration date automatically decline quote and send email notification to requested party. Partner Access Give our partners access to the portal and allow them to enter rates, fees, accessorials. Once quote is updated a notification will be sent to pricing team. Rate Request Format Send completed rate request back to requested party using the NFI format. We will be able to review before emailing directly from pricing tool. Excel Download Ability to download the current quotes into excel.
