Modify Existing Pricing Portal

Need modifications made to our existing pricing tool. 1. Instead of having the fields in a single row, split them so that some are on the left side of the screen and some are on the right side of the screen. 2. Put Origin, Destination and Shipment details on one or two lines instead of having them in a row on top of each other. 3. We need the ability to enter multiple origins, destinations and shipment details. Add a plus sign and negative sign like the example I gave you. 4. Under destination information remove "Port/Door" we already have it under the origin information. 5. Add user id / password to first screen. This will allow my team to sign into the portal and view the existing quotes we did. 6. On admin screen add Quote# and add the following filters: Quote#, Company Name, Origin, Destination, Port/Door. 7. When the rate request is submitted instead of printing it in the body of the email create an attachment instead. It can be word, excel or text file.
