Transcribe a small recording in English

I have done this kind of work before plenty of times. I have the time to complete this task quickly and efficiently. I do nothing but perfect work, I worked as Editor In Chief for a legal publication and was an editor for the journal for three years which has polished my work immensely. I have previous experience in translating, proofreading, editing and rewriting legal documents and other types of works as well.
