SAP System Implementation of digitalised employment certification letters

We are looking for some to implement our system. Scope of Work covering:- 1. Employment Certification Letter 2. Visa Application Letter 3. Pass Application Letter Requirements: (a) To provide user-friendly solutions. (b) To allow non-editable PDF preview so that employees can validate the information before printing or use. (c) To generate softcopy letters on non-editable PDF format on letterhead marked with or without e-signatory. (d) Softcopy certification letters to be generated as non-editable pdf format. (e) To have a depository to allow employees/authorized HR personnel to retrieve past generated letters. (f) To restrict the employee to be able to delete any letter validated and saved. (g) To allow the employee to save a draft before validation and/or use. (h) To enable downloading of the certification letters outside the system, if needed. (i) To collate stored letters in a central pool linked to designated secured server storage. (j) To provide ad-hoc report function where authorized personnel can generate statistics as and when required, and to auto-generate the statistics to be sent via email to designated HR personnel on a monthly basis for reporting purposes. (k) To create Disclaimer statement: Employees should be responsible to safeguard their own confidential information. Employees will be penalized for false declarations. Employees should have reviewed the contents of each certification letter before use. Any discrepancies to be highlighted to the relevant HR Personnel.
