Content Creation and Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram and Youtube)

We need someone to manage, design, create content, schedule, post and submit regular reports with growth metrics, KPI reporting and subsequent marketing strategy for client’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Mailchimp. Requirements: 1. Bi-weekly Email Marketing Campaigns 2. General scope of work for social media platforms (inclusive of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) 3. Management, design, content creation, scheduling and posting for Facebook 4. Management, design, content creation, scheduling and posting for Instagram (“IG”) 5. Management, design, search engine optimisation and posting for YouTube 6. Weekly Update 7. Social media statistics, data analysis and data-driven strategies We need a proposal with these points: i. A situational assessment of client’s existing digital outreach efforts - understanding challenges, identifying gaps to be closed and identifying strengths and opportunities to further leverage (SWOT analysis); ii. Key audience segments based on both demographics (age, gender) and psychographics (personality traits, attitudes, values, interests, lifestyle, etc) and user personas; iii. The content plan that integrates and amplifies Religious Guidance’s social media accounts. For example, sharing relevant Religious Guidance’s content daily; iv. Proposed design concept, content, and mockups for client’s eDM; v. Sample keyword-optimized titles, meta descriptions, meta tags and metadata for 5 videos on client’s YouTube; vi. Proposed names of playlists for client’s YouTube based on keyword research.
