We are looking for Loan Modification LEADS We can pay per CLOSING LEADS WE NEED APPROX 200 Leads per day We are looking for call centers or individuals for COMMISSION ONLY telemarketing to U.S. clients. The products we offer are Loan Modification, Short Refi and FHA Streamline Refinance. There is a very large demand for all 3 products. COMPENSATION We will pay $200 commission per sale, after we have received funds from the client. OUR COMPANY We have experienced processors and attorney's that handles all negotiation with the lenders. We have a 98% Success Rate. MAIN JOB WILL BE 1. Provide your own listing of homeowners who are behind, struggling, facing foreclosure or in a FHA loan. (will provide a list after trial period) 2. Complete the homeowner questionnaire sheet we provide. 3. Forward the questionnaire by email or fax at the end of each day. When we contact the homeowner, discuss the details and the homeowner pays for our service, we will pay you $200 per sale. We are looking for US based companies only. MUST speak English VERY WELL. Bilingual ok. may lead to other projects
