Hello,
My bid is for $250 for every 10,000-word batch. The sample is attached in your PMB.
My name is Bryce Bray. I am from Madison, Wisconsin, USA, the home of the Packers and Miller Beer.
I am also from a small town. At the age of 16, I left home and studied in Osnabrueck, Germany for one year at the Gymnasium Carolinum and took German classes at the Volkshochschule.
I returned to my high school afterwards and completed my studies. I then went on to travel to Brazil to learn Portuguese.
I continued to study Portuguese, German and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have extensive experience in all of these languages.
In 2011, I completed a study abroad semester at the Catholic University in Santiago de Chile. After completing my studies in Chile, I traveled through Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. I then returned to Chile to complete an internship. Finally, I convinced my girlfriend from Ecuador to travel with me. Since August of this year, we have been traveling through South America.
We visited northern Chile and then crossed over to Bolivia to see Oruro, Potosí, Sucre and Santa Cruz. We also stopped in La Paz and Copacabana before heading to Cuzco, Peru. Near Cuzco we saw many different archaeological sites such as Moray, Pisaq and Macchu. We then moved on to Lima and Mancora before entering Ecuador.
I have been in Ecuador the past four months traveling in the Sierra, the Oriente and exploring the coast. So far, we have visited Guayaquil, Quito, Baños, el Tena, Cuenca and Puerto Lopez.
In February, we will continue on to Colombia to see Cali and Bogotá and then Santa Marta. We plan on visiting Tyrona National Park and organic farms from WWOOF. After that, we might go to Venezuela or Brazil but have not decided.
I love living out of my backpack and having a new adventure every day. I have one pair of pants, three pairs of shorts, hiking boots, sandals, a micro-fiber towel, sunglasses, a Panama hat, a flashlight, a few t-shirts, one jacket and a few pairs of underwear.
Because the cost of living is so cheap here, I can transate your book for a very good price.
I like the idea of doing it in 10,000-word batches to maintain contact with you and to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress.
I would love to work on this project and I guarantee that you will be happy with my work. From the outset, we have to decide if you want either English from the United States or the United Kingdom.
I honestly don't think you can find a better person for the job. Please contact me if you have any other questions.
My CV is attached as well.
Thanks for your consideration,
Bryce Bray
