My powershell script calls a function to get a filtered list of servers. When the filter returns a single server, (.count) or (.length) returns nothing. Only works when the filter returns multiple servers. Need help to debug and fix so it returns always.

It is not currently able to handle CNAME as i think it was made to handle A records based on the create scetion of it. I need it be able to do all 3 fuinctions on different record types with thier individual required inputs.
