I have a PDF document and some scans that have some font examples on them. Each font has its entire alphabet and numbers with it. What I need are some of these fonts extracted into usable .ttf font files. I am using the Zend Framework and using the Zend_PDF library to create a catalog. However, I have Norwegian and Swedish and Finnish test which needs UTF8 to be able to print out the weird alphabets. Right now Zend_PDF is not able to print out the UTF8 characters. I've even imported new TTF fonts to the linux server but does not work. The only PDFphp library I know that handles UTF8 is TCPDF but their library is not so good for other things. I need to have a combination of both. *Please do not apply if you have no experience with Zend or PDF outputs using php. I am a good buyer. Please simply show me a working modification of the Zend_PDF library so it can handle UTF8 chracters :)
