Small box closure device --- I need a way to hold a small earring box closed. It was 3D printed and lives in my purse. I put a metal hasp on it but it's ugly & hurts to hold. A button that leads to dependable closure or an outside device that is small, unobtrusive, and soft would be much preferred. I've tried magnets, ok not great, buckles & metal latches - biggish awkward to hold. Something rubber or cloth that could be 3D printed or laser cut ideal. Maybe something that slides to open and close? Inside is a tray of earrings so likely if on inside, super thin as not much space. Measurements of box 12 cm long 7 cm wide 1.3 cm deep mostly taken up by earring tray, at most 1 mm between top of tray & lid.
