Solo Adult Girl Membership Site - Layout+Code

Hello, I'm looking to develop an adult membership site for a single girl setup, not a gallery or such. Needs to be: Affordable**, Simple, Ajax?(Or a simple and efficient system), clean, easily updatable. Need a theme/layout and the coding/backend developed. I will help theme the site PSD, Ideas, Logo etc, but the coding of the actual site backend/frontend must be done by the developer. The following features are required: - Login - Signup - Must have different subscription options monthly, 7 day trial, yearly etc. And work with CCbill or - Alertpay - Free Tour - Main Membership page should be latest update at top, a video/large image. With recent videos/image galleries below. - Video Link at top list all videos ability to sort, very clean simple. Videos have profile page with download link, videos must be viewed using some sort of flash program. - Images Link will be similar to videos but with image galleries - Account settings, cancel link etc using api from payment processor. - Contact us form/email -ETC... details are flexible. Needs to be affordable. needs to be cute like a number of "single girl" adult websites. Raven Riley, etc.. further examples and references can be discussed if needed! Looking for the header to have images of the girl and some writing as her name and such. ** Already have many images which can be used in the design* Must be able to expand and written with clean code in some sort of framework or system, like wordpress, drupal, codeigniter or some sort of similar framework.
