Simple Wordpress Ecommerce Website - Design and Development

Hello, I need someone to make a wordpress website that will be liked to an existing live website. The following are the requirements: 1. The admin must be able to set user permissions so that the users can view/order only those products they are allowed to view. 2. Site will have about 10 products. 3. Payment gateway will be [login to view URL] and shipping will by UPS. (Readymade plugins can be used for this). 4. Admin should be able to view total order history and user should be able to view only the orders that they've places in the past. 5. Once a user registers, the admin should approve the user before they can access the site. There are few other simple requirements which will be given to the winning bidder. I need this done as soon as possible. If you can't do it soon or if you want to learn wordpress only after getting selected, well, please do not apply and waste your bid.
