Web Design/Developer Project Manager Wanted To: Oversee the creation of a WordPress website. Must be an experienced Web Design/Development Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right self-starter to become a part of an idea and watch it grow from beginning to end. Position Description: The Web Design Project Manager is responsible for efficient communication between multi-faceted, multidisciplinary teams and individuals. The Project Manager is accountable for all scheduling, organizing, quality assurance and process improvement on the project. Must have excellent problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills under pressure. Must have strong facilitation skills in leading meetings, negotiating conflicts, building teams and group dynamics, and enabling creative thought processes. A solid background in Web/Graphic design and team management strongly preferred. Position Responsibilities: Leading the Design process on a usable web site and website layout, navigation, and content elements. Managing the whole scope of a small Web Design project. Representing the company in daily communication with the freelancer - Creating technical specifications based on individual project needs. Mapping existing processes to identify areas for improvement Position Requirements: 2+ years experience directing project team members & project deliverables. Strong technical knowledge of best practices for Web Design/Web Development. Strong Design sensibility. Strong sense of ownership/leadership. Required experience: Account Management: 2 years Project Management: 2 years The website designer/developer that you will be directing is in the process of being chosen now. How many hours will you need to complete the project and what is your hourly wage? Below is the proposal used to hire the actual web designer/developer that you will be working with: WordPress Website Developer Expert Wanted Need to have a WordPress website created that is based on the Tessaract theme. The website must rival any multi-national company such as Apple, Uber, Air BNB ect. The website will serve as a branding website and also act as the main hub to the 10 different product lines that we will promote as an affiliate marketer. You will also be given the task of finding the pictures and the graphics for the website. The website needs to be created as soon as possible. Must have experience with the top wordpress plugins that make a site look professional. Will eventually need sales funnels created for each of the nine different product categories that we promote. Email lists will be created with targeted audiences based on pixels related to the web page they land on. These audiences will be advertised to all over the internet using display advertising. Need to grow each targeted pixel audience to 100,000 and each email list category to 100,000. Your graphic design skills should give you the ability to create high conversion rates for the products we sell. Take my ideas and make them a reality.
