Need WordPress Forms that can have login and file upload and editing inputs after submitting

Hi Wordpress Expert Sir/Madam .. Project is for an expert, not a novice in Wordpress. Should know varieties of designing forms and login options and plugins. The forms are currently done in Visual Form Builder but you may need to use another plugin like a Form Maker plugin.... to achieve what is needed. Alternatively, I'm OK if you can do or fix it for one form out of total 7 forms or so and you teach me how to do the login and the forms…. Finally, we are looking ofr a permanent reliable help and if you lare looking for a more permanent site update and management role, we can talk later after seeing how good a job you do..
