Modification to Wordpress MyListing Theme

I am wanting the following modifications completed for a wordpress website that is running the MyListing framework and custom dark theme. Brief: The modification is to add the ability for listing owners to pause and re-enable selected listings on demand via a newly created switch or select box within an existing "My listings" dashboard page. Once the listing or listings have been marked as paused, they should not display on the front end until such time that they are re-enabled. This will include removal from search results, Home page featured listings etc and anywhere it is normally publicly shown. Admin should also have the same ability created and should be able to set listings as paused and re-publish through the standard listing post meta box. Ideally a new listing status called "Paused" should be created to easily identify such listings for the admin and user alike. Lastly this modification should not interfere with the subscription packages running via woo subscriptions. Essentially the Pause function needs to hide the listing even if the user has an active subscription. Once the subscription is cancelled or expired the listing will be removed from the site anyway. Purpose: The purpose of this modification is to create an Emergency Stop function for listing owners to pause their ads temporarily for whatever reason no questions asked.
