Front End Web Developer & Graphic Designer Needed - Must Work US Hours -- 2

We are looking to hire a front end web developer & designer to help support our marketing team with the websites we manage. We have outlined the main skills needed and types of things you would be working on. If you have experience with the items, please apply for this position. **IMPORTANT** If you are a freelancer, we are only looking for someone that can work US based hours it the Mountain Time Zone. If you can't work during our office hours please do not apply as this is a requirement. Also must be fluent in English so we can discuss projects via video calls or web calls. Skills and Tasks the job position would require: 1. Experience with Wordpress websites. 2. Ability to code html pages from scratch and being familiar working with the text editor in the backend of Wordpress. 3. Have experience managing Wordpress websites including Wordpress version and plugin updates (done through a development or staging site first) before updating on the live website. 4. Having experience working with servers, cpanel, mysql databases, and moving sites from development/staging servers to live servers. 5. Have experience working with website speed and Litespeed cache specifically. 6. Experience working with Unbounce landing pages including creating new Unbounce pages and working with responsive changes. 7. Experience with website responsiveness with Wordpress. The majority of all our website use the Genesis framework and the Dynamik website builder child theme. 8. Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Woocommerce and Shopify. 9. Ability to edit photos and optimize dimension and size for the web (so websites and pages load fast). 10. Proficient using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. And the ability to create graphics, design a website homepage or landing page, etc... 11. Experience with Google Adwords a plus. The position is a full-time position. Compensation: $10/hr - $15/hr and will be based on experience and skillset. Other Requirements: - Ability to write and communicate clearly - Can speak fluent English and can regularly be on video calls and web calls for discussing projects. - Proficient in typing (no one-finger typing) - Hard working and intelligent.
