Create Job Application Form

Update: For has been created and all CSS/Styling is done. All that remains now is to add validation and form processing....so a lot less work than originally posted. Background: WordPress site using Bootstrap (Understrap Child) theme and modded WP Job Manager plugin needs Validation and Processing of the Job Application form . Requirements: 1. Add validation for required fields 2. Provide script to process via honeypot script and send data/attachments to email address defined in job posting All Job Pages are all similar to this one: [login to view URL] The link at the bottom of the page takes you to the form page here: [login to view URL] The JobID (jid) variable in the URL is used to identify the job being applied for. You can see in the variable in action in the page sub-headline: SUBMIT BELOW TO APPLY FOR "JOB NUMBER TWO", and the job name and email recipient are both defined in hidden variables. I have another component ready to go as soon as this is done, so looking for somebody knowledgeable, fast, and reasonably priced.
