I have read your project description, and i understand what you need. Unfortunately both websites are offline, so i can't review the original website... However i have migrated (copied from one server to another) Wordpress many times, and i know how to do it properly, including changing all links inside the Wordpress, and configuration, shielding the website from being accessed by search engines, or also by humans (by password if supported by hosting, or maybe some plug-in could do this job). I will temporary need FTP access to both of your websites, if you don't have database ready for the copy and can't create it yourlself, i'll need temporary access to control panel of the copy website. Last thing if you don't have pointed DNS record (points IP address to domain name), and can't do it yourself, i'll need temporary access to the domain control panel (but it have to be supported, otherwise we will have to contact your hosting provider).
