Configure WCFM on my WordPress site

I created a website (prototype) and I need the WCFM (MULTIVENDOR MARKETPLACE) plugin (Wordpress) on it, but I don't know how to use it. It is already installed and running. So I'd like to hire a freelancer to set up WCFM. The plugin needs to work exactly as I expect it to. This is the list of what I need: 1. All types of people make the registration, but that they can edit this registration later to become sellers; 2. Only two types of products (digital) will be sold on the site; 3. When registered, the products must have the categories and subcategories according to the attached file. The seller must accept the “terms and conditions” and “confirm that you have read the tutorial”; 4. Customers will be able to talk to sellers to send questions and etc...; 5. Commissions on sales (10%); 6. A “plan” to be offered to sellers with the following benefits: >> post more products (3 products for free access and 10 products for contracting the plan, for more products you should contact us) >> they will pay less fees when they sell their products; 7. It is possible for me to delete or edit products that go to the site and contain inappropriate content. 8. Translate the WCFM plugin into Portuguese (Brazil).
