Create Table of Contents for Word Documents

I would like someone with expertise in Microsoft Word (Preferably Word 2011 for Macs) to create a formatted Table of Contents for several documents. I would also like someone to clear the formatting and rebuild the document using styles in order to have the larger documents not be susceptible to crashing Attached is a sample document entitled (Final Accounting for Lawyers Outline) which can be used as an example of the Table of Contents I am looking to replicate. Below you will find a document entitled (Wills and Trusts) and another entitled (Financial Analysis).
