Fix and Improve a VB 2010 software project

We need someone who can update, change and improve our scraper software. We have been on Vworker many years and the only time we have gone into arbitration is because of the developer. We are trying to find programmers we can work with for long periods. The applicant must have knowledge of CSV and Excel export. Be capable of reading others code and be able to do calculations on data. We can supply the project in VB2010. This is the first in a number of improvements and we are looking for someone who will not only do this update successfully but will be around to do further updates. The software as it stands works well although the calculation has not been done correctly and one of the CSV outputs is not correct either. Also the time is not outputed properly in the CSV as in a 13.50 time is being shown as 11.50. This is the 3rd time we have had to change programmer so who ever shows an interest in the job will need to prove to us they can handle the work and they will be able to continue to do updates for us.
