I need a software to be developed for Windows PC. It should record the system sounds without microphone. The recorded sound should be stored only in RAM and should also have a clearing button. It should have AGC (Automatic gain control) and noise reduction options. It should record audio for upto 10 mins. It must have tone and playback speed adjustments. It must also have 4 customisable forward and backward button whose values (in seconds or mimutes) can be customized through settings. It should have voice enhancement and equilizer. This software should be able to function on Windows xp and later verions.

Hello, I can implement this in C/C++. The "sound framework" has been changed by Vista, so my program will working on Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. (x64). Windows XP (x86 or x64) support will be more expensive, but we can discuss about windows XP support too. (I don't see windows XP more than 7 years. I shall to buy XP, install the OS, and install the "historical" development tools too. ) Best Regards, -L-
