Recover Lost Files

I have some lost files. They are all in the same format as the file attached. I find it interesting that it uploads the file as a jpeg. The file has no extension on my PC. Anyway, the original file was this size and was an image, so this is why I think they can be easily recovered by someone more experienced than my self. I need you to recover this file and send it to me in it's original format. If you can do this I will award you the project. You then document what I need to do and use to recover all my other files. Once i have proved this works for the files i will release your milestone immediately. I look forward to receiving your bids.
