I need a developer to work out a small project using Delphi 2007. It needs to be able to synchronize devexpress' expressScheduler's specified resource to a specified google calendar. The synchronization needs to support one way (two directions) and two-way sync. For the two-way sync, should be able to specify either google calendar wins or expressScheduler wins.
The following technology can be used (not required, free trial version for d2007 attached):

If you think you can use C# to implement the same feature, I am also open to it.
1)
Only needs to consider the expressScheduler working as bounded mode.
2)
Code must be database independent.
3)
If required, custom fields for expressScheduler storage control can be introduced.
4)
Synchronization must include the following field:
subject; location; show time as; start/end date time; reminder information; notes, all-day; recurrence information.
