Web Design on Blogger

My travel blog is hosted on blogger, but bought a custom domain. I have downloaded blogger templates online and modified the codes to get the existing look, but i realised that my sidebar has fallen to the bottom of the blog, after i added featured posts slider. The codes (HTML, CSS, Javascript) are rather messy now, and need a clean-up. I would also like for my blog to be more dynamic with more widgets added, and to be more professional-looking for placement of advertisements. \r\n \r\n For instance, I would like my blog to be like [login to view URL], where under the destination tab, one can click on a country on a world map and be directed to all the blog posts or pages that are related to that particular country. I like its interactive surface. But I prefer my blog to have a white background like [login to view URL] or kampungboycitygal.com. Because my blog will be providing travel tips and blog posts about travel and countries, with a focus on Asia, would prefer a logo of a plane around a globe (hence, the name fly chew to Asia). \r\n \r\n Please provide me with a quotation in SGD or USD. As my blog has not started generating revenues, i have a low budget, appreciate if you could consider giving the lowest price possible. Thank you so much.
