Job Board for Designers

The scope of the site will be an online recruitment website similar in function and interface to [login to view URL]; However, have more spunk/edge in the design. There is going to be between 5-7 main pages which are: home, register, login, search jobs, help, contact us, and the database. I also want to manage the site contents, users, etc from admin panel. I would like the individuals to use paypal when paying. I have most of the design done in .ai format which I have uploaded as a pdf for you to look over. I have also attached the website outline which should answer any questions you may have at this point. I would like to integrate mailchimp plugin so it can manage my mail lists as well. Being that I have the design pretty much ready for you, my budget is $400. Lower bids will be more considered. I had to cancel this project and repost it because the previous chosen contractor would not complete it due to having other projects "more of a priority", so I will need MY project to be a MAIN PRIORITY and done ASAP since it was supposed to be done already.
