RE: existing website redesign

I want to redesign my website to look like a professional designed page. All the content will remain the same but the graphics navigation and fonts to be upgraded. I prefer a simple clean yet slick looking interface. Something like [login to view URL] main page but customized to fit my content. I cant specify every little detail here. We can discuss the elements as we go along. I don't mind making extra payments if we go over budget. I had to resubmit this project because it was mistakenly posted as $250+ default. I had selected the $30-250 but GAF lost that setting when the page refreshed due to another error. My apologies! Please resubmit bids. Thank you. It is a simple single page with the structure and theme already specified as a "clone of" url. Please keep the bids reasonable.
