Dynamic Content Driven Website Development

I am looking for somebody to create me a website. The website will need to be built as follows. Example. If I was selling plastic drinking bottles. My website was www.plastic-drinking-bottles.com. I would want the homepage creating, along with the ability for me to create other pages with the homepage template. At the bottom of this homepage would be my blog posts. I then want the site to automatically create location pages for all towns, villages, cities in the UK. For example this would be [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] On each of these location pages would be the same content but tailered for that area. For example the headlines on the pages would be Plastic drinking bottles blue Manchester, plastic drinking bottles red manchester, etc. along with the blog posts at the bottom. On each page would be a form and one of the fields would be postcode. On the backend I would want to add in distributors. For these distributors I would put their postcode, and a radius, and anybody who filled the forms in with a postcode in that radius, the forms would automatically be emailed to them. I would want a master area, where I can see stats etc for each distributor. Please give me some examples of similar sites.
