Develop a Mac Application, viral marketing game & reorganise website & social media

We need the following items developing 1. An app to be able to sell short video clips (15 mins) to the cruise industry - not sure what price these would sell at - need flexibility in the app, loading videos, changing prices, application of discount codes 2. A promotional game - viral marketing tool - that can be played on facebook & shared - this will be a basic travel based game using our photo library 3. Website - redevelopment of our website which we have built - it needs optimising for the new app & current content organised in a user friendly way 4. Suggestions on how to use twitter & facebook to widen our audience & get more income from the app 5. Ongoing maintenance of the app, website & social media NOTE 1. At the moment the content for the app is not ready and we are hoping to do this over the next 6 months. So, developers will have to bear with us as we get ready. Therefore at this stage it may just be setting the scene with the successful candidate and developing a timeline for when the work happens. 2. I have absolutely no idea about cost so the budget I have put is an estimate - clearly I would like advice on the costs of this as a start up & what the ongoing maintenance costs would be. Should this be a successful project this may be a long term opportunity. 3. We are private individuals, not a company, so our budget is not large. We also do not have huge IT skills and need a candidate that can explain complex ideas clearly as well as coming up with design & marketing ideas. 4. Skills required are my guesses of what is needed - there may be more or the onbes I have put may not be relevant
