Online eCommerce store with Affiliate and Dropship programs

We are looking for a professional agency or an individual with expertise in design and setting up online eCommerce store to support wholesale and retail sale of Jewelry (mainly made from Silver) to stores and individual customers. Requirements/features: • Due to the character limit, please check the file attached, [login to view URL], for the list of requirements/features. • Affiliate supported - Ability to set a commission per affiliate user/group - Ability to set cookie tracking - Web Statistics for affikiate members - Web Statistics for us to check details for affiliate members (clicks, sales, referral URL, etc.) - Ability to set a minimum order per affiliate user/group - All features that good affiliate programs should have • Drop Ship supported - Its own stock availability (separated from main site but based on the same information). We need to be able to select which products will show on the main site and which ones will only show on Drop ship stock or show on both. - Member section for dropship users where they can check their credits, statuses of their order, shipping information, tracking number. - Promotional Discounts that can be provided specifically to a selected dropship member - Ability for dropship users to add money to their account which will be exchanged to account credits. - Ability to add/remove credits from dropship account Your qualifications: - Strong grasp of web design principles, information design, typography, color, iconography and layout. - Compelling portfolio that demonstrates beautiful interactive experiences and innovative design. - Experience with setup and implementation of online store. - Ability to adhere to deadlines. - A work style that is extremely detail oriented. - A complete Elance profile. - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred.
