Build a Mobile App (IOS and Android) and Website

Require Mobile App (iPhone and Android) and Website (prefer bootstrap but open to other html5 platforms/technologies) that will allow businesses to register to be listed and users to search for the business. All 3 Platforms should support. - Search for business based on 3 defined criteria (i.e. no free text search) - Registration for businesses to be listed. - Name, Address and Contact details and two other criteria. - Acceptance of Payments (Annual or Monthly) - Mobile Apps and Website need to be connected so that - Share/Like (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc) Interface to be as simple as possible. Currently getting colours and logos completed. To be developed in multiple languages (but translations will be provided).
