Slice Basic PSD template into Joomla

We are looking for an expert Joomla professional who can slice up a very basic PSD file and implement it in a Joomla installation. The site is live now with a Joomla installation and we need the template implemented within 18 hours from now on. Please do not respond unless you can complete the work within 18 hours from now. The Joomla version is 1.5.24. The template is a very basic template. The template does not have any menu items or shopping carts. It is just a landing page for website. All it has is a contact form which needs to be emailed to a defined email address. Therefore, all you will have to do is to slice the PSD into Joomla and implement a contact us form. You will be provided full access into the Joomla administration module and also provided FTP access into the Joomla installation directory. You must also be available at all times on Skype or another chat medium for us to get in touch with you.
