Complete Joomla/Jomsocial website

I require bids to complete a website that is not complete. It is a Joomla website with Jomsocial extension. It is a social networking website similar to Facebook, with the big difference being its main focus will be to create/join actual physical social activities. This is the main purpose of the site, with the actual networking on the website secondary. The design and features of the site need to reflect this. To encourage members to create their own activities and join others activities. To complete it needs both design and technical input. The bidder needs to be experienced in Joomla and jomsocial and show examples of work completed. Also needs experience in how to layout a site for usability and great design. I want a minimum of features, just enough to do the job but not too many to confuse. The site needs graphics, text, payment processing and layout work.
